I never received my order?

What are Second Armor fees?
Those fees are whats keeping the platform running ranging from the website, the payment platform to the refund of your order if a key issue occurs.
What is the label "PRO seller"?
If you see the label "PRO" on the account of a seller this means that the profile has been vouched by the Second Armor team and is known to be a reliable member of the community. Only Second Armor is able to add or remove the label.
Are tracking numbers mandatory?
Yes, whenever a seller ships a product he/she should provide a valid tracking number. If the seller fails to do so he/she will be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged.
I can't see my listing on the platform?
To avoid any illegal product to be sold, all listings have to be approved by our team before going public. Most of the time this is done in a few hours. However, depending on the number of listing to review this can take up to 24 hours. If after 24 hours your listing has not been approved contact us!
How do you protect against scammers?
This is done thanks to the payment algorithm. Once payment is completed, the funds are withdrawn from your account and held until you marked the product as "received". Only once you marked it as "received" the funds will be transferred to the seller. Please note that if you do not click received and did not contact us after 3 days the funds will be transferred to the sellers.
I received an email from Second Armor, how do I know it is you?
Both secondarmor.eu and secondarmor.com domains are ours, if you receive a request from any other address it is not us. If this was to happen we ask you kindly to contact us.
